“The sales of cars due to the program and derestriction of temporal limitations will allow to finish slowly the program in autumn of 2011 year, by this time the share of “utilizing cars” will decrease by 7-8% in the total volume of sales”, said Mr. Rahmanov, the chief manager of Department of automotive industry and agricultural machinery industry of Ministry of Industry and Trade of RF.
